The space

Charming two Story home on a quiet cul-de-sac west of the I-5 freeway in the quaint town of Solana Beach. Less than a mile to the beach and track, walking distance to Cedros Design District, restaurants and bars. Adjacent to San Elijo Lagoon

The kid room is stocked with bed, crib, and all the toys, books, bicycles (with child’s seat), scooter, sports equipment, and beach goods that any active family would need. Most importantly, we are located directly on the San Elijo lagoon which is full of hiking trails that lead down to the beach. We live in a culdesac with seven kids under the age of eight so it is a lot of fun here.
